What’s Included
Initial consultation: We will discuss all logistics of your event including tips on how to manage guests lists, guidance on save the dates and invitations, wedding websites, accommodations, the event flow, ceremony and reception vision, vendors, design and more.
Design: Design consultation, mood board development and access to linen, decor and floral packages.
Site Visits: Up to 3 Site visits to Hill Country based wedding locations.
Meetings: Additional pre-arranged in person, phone or zoom meetings depending on client’s preference and correspondence with you throughout the planning period via email as needed.
Vendor Referrals: Recommendations on wedding professionals that fit your event style and budget.
Local Recommendations: Recommendations on local establishments, accommodations and vendors needed for any pre and post wedding activities.
Timelines: Creation of wedding timeline for our couple and their vendors.
Planning Breakdown: Creation of full wedding planning breakdown with all event related details for review.
Ceremony: Coordination of ceremony procession and a rehearsal as needed
Day of Coordination: Full day event timeline management up to 8 hours (up to 2 hours for pre ceremony needs & up to 6 hours for your event). *Note that these 8 hours may be split between coordinators.
Vendor Liaison: Confirming all details with wedding service suppliers prior to the wedding date and day of contact.
Venue Liaison: Managing facility related needs as venue liaison.
Couple and Guest Liaison: Greeting and directing guests when they arrive at the venue and point of contact throughout the event timeline.
